……….Welcome to the first blog post for the Jock Paddy Rugby Club!
We are in the midst of a global pandemic, which is having devastating effects on us all. Its caused too much death, separation of families and loved ones, industry and jobs have been decimated and the knock on effects will be felt for years to come.
This the time to support each other, to be there for a friend in need, to help without waiting to be asked for help. These are some of the values that we look for in our members.
A little bit about us;
- We are Irish, Scottish, English, Welsh….heck we even have a ex-pat’s in Australia and New Zealand
- We do this cause we care for each other regardless of nationality
- We don’t hold grudges….most of the time
- We support each other regardless of what they are going through
- We love Rugby and the banter can be close to the bone – but we don’t mean harm or offence – EVER
